Novasys IT (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Cookies

We group the cookies on this site into three kinds:

  • Strictly necessary — remembering your cookie choices, and Google reCAPTCHA, which keeps our contact forms free of automated spam. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, so we can see which pages are useful and where people get stuck. We look at this in aggregate, not per person.
  • Advertising — Google Ads, so we can tell which adverts led to an enquiry. This includes storing the click reference from an advert you clicked, which we may later match against an enquiry to measure that advert's performance.

Analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and you can turn them off at any time — use , where each cookie is listed with its purpose and how long it lasts. Turning a category off also deletes the cookies already set for it. You can control cookies through your browser settings too, although some parts of the site may not function as intended without them.
